Isaiah Callarman

Born in Oklahoma City, OK, Isaiah Callarman has since lived in six other cities and three different states. Amid the shifting scenery of his childhood, Isaiah's parents devoted themselves to the task of Christian classical homeschooling. Thanks to their efforts, Isaiah developed an enduring love for learning. After graduating high school, he completed a BA in Philosophy at Spurgeon College. While studying at Spurgeon, Isaiah met and fell in love with Sarah, to whom he is now joyfully married. Together they are parents to a vivacious little daughter.

In partnership with the Executive Director, Isaiah advances the Beza Institute’s mission through management of communications, marketing, and web content. He also serves as Associate Editor for The Beza Institute Blog, where he writes on Reformed classical education and American public life. A grateful beneficiary of vigorous Christian learning, Isaiah is delighted to steward the Beza Institute’s public call to rise up and build for the glory of God and the good of future generations.

Isaiah enjoys exploring with his family, reading good books, and learning local history. He is also a longtime enthusiast for all things related to politics, spaceflight, aviation, and Texas Rangers baseball. Isaiah and his family belong to Liberty Baptist Church, where he occasionally plays percussion with the worship team.
